Information and purposes

When you contact us by email, WhatsApp or another business channel, we may receive your name, contact details, company, references, budget, deadline and project correspondence. We use this information to respond, prepare quotations, provide services, issue invoices, maintain records, protect the business and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Project brief on this website

The brief builder prepares text locally in your browser. It does not send the form to IMORI FILMS, save it on a server or subscribe you to marketing. You choose whether to send the prepared message through your own email service.

Video and external services

Most portfolio videos are served as website assets. The music video uses an embedded YouTube player, loaded only when you choose to play it. This connects to YouTube and Google services, which may process your IP address, device information and playback activity under their own privacy practices. A separate link also lets you watch directly on YouTube. WhatsApp, email services and other external websites have their own privacy practices. No separate site analytics or advertising trackers are added. Hosting providers may process technical and security logs when the site is hosted.

Lawful bases

Information is processed where necessary for contract and pre-contractual steps, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and protecting IMORI FILMS, or consent where specifically requested. Consent may be withdrawn.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared where reasonably necessary with email infrastructure, technology, storage or production providers, professional advisers and authorities where required by law. Where providers process information outside the United Kingdom, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards and lawful transfer mechanisms.

Retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary. Enquiries that do not become projects may normally be retained for up to 12 months; project, contractual and accounting records may normally be retained for up to 6 years after completion. Longer retention may apply where required by law or a legal claim.

Security and marketing

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no electronic system can guarantee absolute security. Sending an enquiry does not enrol you in marketing communications.

Your rights and complaints
